(.com or .co.uk) subject to availability (live for 1 year)

and an email address, at no extra cost.  Domain hosting includes full management of the web site and email (as appropriate) and agreed changes to content.  

Website Design and Hosting Costs

All websites have a fixed initial setup cost, payable in advance of any work being commenced.  The 3 and 5 page web site packages will be created from a selection of industry/trade web site templates, but are fully customisable for their graphical and text content and will be totally unique to your business.  All websites are created with initial free keyword, meta tag and graphical optimisation as standard, at no extra cost.  More dynamic websites may require this as an ongoing service, but it is totally optional.  The benefits to the client will be discussed as appropriate.

 

Each website package includes a free single domain registration (for 1 year) of any available .com or .co.uk domain.  It also includes setup

of a free email address specific to that domain

(eg. Enquiries@yourdomain.com), which can be forwarded to an existing email account if necessary, or setup on an email client like Outlook at no extra cost.

 

It may be prudent to register both .com and .co.uk domains (if available), to protect your company identity and strengthen your Internet presence. Obviously, you do not need two web sites, but Mystic Panda can setup free web forwarding, so any visitors to one of the domains, will automatically be redirected to the other domain/web site. Additional .com or .co.uk domains have a fixed cost of £9.99+VAT per year, but as with web forwarding, incur no further management/hosting costs.

 

The hosting charges include maintenance of the domain and email, to include technical support and reasonable changes to the content, as deemed appropriate by mutual consent and agreed in advance.  Hosting charges are payable monthly in advance for 12 months, starting from the date the web site goes live.  Mystic Panda want to help your business cashflow to help your business grow by offering monthly spread payments realistic to the work involved, without charging for services or add-ons you don’t need.
